Cankle Saved By A Sunset

Posted by treehouseroots on February 6, 2009 at 5:02 PM

The other day I stepped on a crack, and NO I did not break my mothers back, but... I did

 sprain my ankle!

Everyone that has experienced the agony of a sprain, the trouble of hobbling on crutches and the pain of icing three times a day will be glad to hear that

Sunset - Stress Balm Works!

I applied the balm to my purple, green and swollen areas and not only did it alleviate the tension, the aromatherapy was so nice and uplifting that I forgot about my "Cankle"

[ that's when your ankle is the same dimensions of your calf! ]

Ingredients include 8 essential oils including Ginger oil which is excellent for:

  • Reducing Inflammation
  • Sprains and Injuries
  • Headaches
  • Rheumatism
  • Arthritis
  • Numbness
  • Muscle
  • Fatigue
  • Inflammation
  • Varicose veins

I keep a bottle handy for those times when I need to be Re-Vibed!

I fully agree that the Sunset Stress Balm really works! I'm in my third trimester at 7 1/2 months and the aches and pains are starting to add up with the extra weight and body changes.

The Sunset Balm was a Christmas present and I have used it everyday since then. I rub it on my sore lower back and tense neck and shoulders and it feels so good. I pulled a muscle recently and it was great at decreasing the pain I felt. Being pregnant, there's no "easy" pill popping for pain and this has been such a helpful and healthy option.

Not to mention the great scent, I rub some on my temples every night right before bed and it is so peaceful to smell it as I drift off to sleep---I'm sure it helps with the normal pregnancy insomnia so many women suffer from. I don't want to be sleep deprived for before he even gets here! :-)

I recommend this awesome bottle of goodness to every pregnant woman
